Terms and Conditions
Since we are a wholesale establishment, we require a minimum purchase of $750.00. Due to our digging schedule, we request that any cancellations be made prior to January 1st. Cancellations made after this date may result in a 30% restocking charge. Established customers will receive terms of net 30 days with approved credit application. New accounts will be charged a 25% deposit due within 15 days of confirmation in order to hold plant mterial requested.
Any overdue accounts will be charged a 1 1/2% interest rate on all past due amounts. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest and are responsible for any costs associated with collection efforts. Interest will accrue from the original date of shipping. Any credit requests must be made within 14 days of date shipped. Orders not picked up within 10 days of date requested on confirmation will be void of any guarantees or warranties and are subject to cancellation. Due to varying freight costs, we request that shipping arrangements be made by customer.
